Perumusan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Khusus (SKKK) Okupasi Eco Tourism Specialist Green Jobs Pariwisata di Indonesia

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Khusus (SKKK) Ecotourism Specialist Green Jobs di bidang Pariwisata yang mengacu pada Permennaker 2/20216, Regional Model Competency Standard (RCMS) 2016, Peta Okupasi Nasional Green Jobs yang dikeluarkan oleh Bappenas pada 2022 serta pada proses perumusan standar kompetensi yang terdapat pada SKKNI N.78SPS01.003.1 tentang merumuskan standar kompetensi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur yang mengacu pada dokumen peraturan negara dan studi sebelumnya yang relevan sebagai bagian dari Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang melibatkan para pemangku kepentingan terkait, penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada penyusunan standar kompetensi untuk unit kompetensi Mengelola trek berpemandu ke area hutan belantara sebagai bagian dari okupasi Ecotourism Specialist. Hasil dari kegiatan perumusan yang dibahas dalam studi ini adalah empat Elemen Kompetensi dan 10 Kriteria Unjuk Kerja (KUK) yang relevan dan komprehensif untuk Unit Kompetensi Mengelola trek berpemandu ke area hutan belantara.
