Eksplorasi Potensi Pariwisata Halal Hutan Mangrove Kota Langsa dalam Peningkatan Pendapatan Masyarakat Pesisir

Abstract
Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi potensi pariwisata halal hutan mangrove di Kota Langsa sebagai upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat pesisir. Hutan mangrove di kawasan ini memiliki keunikan ekosistem yang mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan sekaligus potensi wisata yang berdaya tarik. Konsep pariwisata halal diterapkan untuk menarik wisatawan Muslim domestik maupun mancanegara, dengan penekanan pada penyediaan fasilitas ramah Muslim, seperti area ibadah, makanan halal, dan panduan wisata yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan data hasil observasi, wawancara dengan pihak dinas pariwisata, masyarakat local/pelaku usaha, dan wisatawan, serta analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pariwisata halal hutan mangrove mampu menciptakan peluang ekonomi baru melalui pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), penyediaan lapangan kerja, dan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pelestarian lingkungan. Artikel ini merekomendasikan strategi pengelolaan terpadu yang melibatkan Pemerintah Kota Langsa, Pemerintah Provinsi, Pemerintah Pusat, masyarakat pesisir, Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat, Akademisi, Ulama, dan sektor swasta untuk mengoptimalkan potensi ekonomi dan ekologi kawasan ini secara berkelanjutan halal yang dapat menarik wisatawan baik nasional dan internasional. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat pesisir Kota Langsa.
