Digital transformation themes are emphasized through a study on leveraging electronic word of mouth (eWOM) to advance sustainability marketing in Bali and Lombok, followed by an analytical exploration of machine learning specifically Random Forest models to enhance operational decision-making in the hotel industry. Urban tourism revitalization is examined through product development research in the Cikini area of Jakarta, while event-based tourism insights are delivered through an assessment of travel patterns and satisfaction at the International Folk and Art Festival in Kutai Kartanegara. Comparative destination management strategies are discussed through water-based tourism development in Surakarta and Japan, complemented by a branding study applying the Unique Selling Proposition approach to Kampung Adat Ratenggaro in East Nusa Tenggara.
